If you would like to enter teams into the Woking Wolves tournament this year, please complete the form below. ENTRY IS FREE.

If you are able to attend, please confirm how many teams you'd like to enter & a rough idea of your total player numbers. There is a limit on the number of teams so it'll be a first come first served basis.
Rough Timing: 09:30-16:30 (specific times for each age-group to be confirmed)
Teams: Adult, Under 16 and Under 12, maximum of 7-a-side.
The matches will be on 4 x 3g pitches.
There'll be a mid point break for lunch. Water will be available and there's a cafe and toilets on site, as well as ample parking underneath the pitches.
