Roman has been involved with Woking Wolves since September 2022, when his son Leo joined aged 8. Initially was a bystander watching Leo train, but was soon cajoled into playing and coaching.

He works in hospitality, with his wife Carly, as a management consultant across various brands. He has another son Rocco who is yet to find the love of following Palace like Roman and Leo!
